Top Ten Oats
  1. You can mix 1/2 cup-1 cup of oats with a scoop of choc protein.
  2. Mix 1/4 of unsweetend applesauce over warm oats top with cinnamon and Splenda.
  3. Oats and tuna with pepper. Mix the oats dry...
  4. Oats with 1 tsp honey uncooked or cooked
  5. Mix the oats with your egg whites
  6. Cook Oats first and then mix in 1 scoop of vanilla whey or Muscle Milk vanilla top with cinnamon.
  7. Cook oats and top with nutmeg
  8. Oats with tablespoon natural peanut butter and mix in choc protein
  9. Oats with sugar free apricot preserves, mix the oats uncooked or cooked and let them cool.
  10. Oats straight up uncooked mix in Splenda and cinnamon place on skillet to brown and they will toast slightly then add some honey to make a granola consistency top off with blue berries.
I've had a very productive and enjoyable off season taking proper rest, training smart and keeping these in balance. Regaining balance in one's life requires discipline. Aside from the obvious of regular exercise and sound dieting, the other balancing act is having a healthy personal and work life. I've been doing a tremendous amount of reading and will be recommending some of my favorite titles. Several of these titles have made a difference in regaining control of my life and ability to add the balance that is required to attain our goals, Power of Now by Eckert Tolle and Four Agreements by Miquel Ruiz.

Competing was not an option until I regained this balance, which I now have and will be participating at the Europa Supershow on August 10-11th. I hope to see a lot of you there!

These next couple of weeks I look to update my site completely to include some tools that will help you obtain your balancing goals in your training and personal life.

I feel blessed that I am living my dreams and have realized that I need to stop and enjoy my present life and invite all of those that want to enjoy the me of today and not tomorrow.
